At ModpoW Engineering, innovation is our essence, and impact is our commitment. More than an electronic engineering company, we are a passionate team that believes in combining technical excellence with responsibility toward the world around us.
MODPOW, S.L. was founded in 2010 by four electronic engineers: Alexandre Sala, Alexandre Roca, Jordi Barceló, and Vicent Ferrándiz. Our company was born with the mission of offering cutting-edge engineering services. In 2015, we took a step further by creating our internal division to develop state-of-the-art irrigation and fertilization sensors for professional agriculture. As both divisions grew equally, in 2022, we decided to take another step and spin off the engineering services into a new entity, creating MODPOW ENGINEERING, S.L.
Specialists in IoT and Robotics
Since our inception, ModpoW Engineering has excelled in IoT, robotics, and wireless sensor network (WSN) projects, later known as IoT (Internet of Things). With over 12 years of experience, we have delivered high-impact projects across various sectors, including competition, agriculture, industry, energy, and civil engineering. Although we have focused much of our efforts on these two fields, we remain open to new challenges that allow us to continue bringing the value and expertise of our team at ModpoW Engineering. We are passionate about innovation and technology and are committed to the pursuit of constantly evolving solutions.

At ModpoW Engineering, we are a diverse team of over 12 people. We organize ourselves into smaller teams, typically consisting of 3 to 4 members, to tackle a wide variety of projects across different sectors, from competition to agriculture and industry. Each team has a mentor who leads their colleagues and oversees the execution of assigned projects. Overall coordination is managed by our leadership team. We value flexibility and promote a hybrid work approach, allowing us to adapt to the specific needs of each project. This provides us with the agility necessary to meet the evolving challenges of today’s technological world.
